The 6 sounds Qi Qong is also called the Qi Qong of “the healing words”. It represents a very popular chapter in the Qi Qong practice.
Master Jeffrey Yuen teaches with total availability and generosity a century-old Taoist culture, giving the practitioner the opportunity to adapt the exercises for personal self-cultivation.
